Hi I need help because it is 11:00 here and I just got home from work. I am exhausted and I have more work to do now for tomorrow morning and I don't know how I am going to get it all done before then. I am also really stressed out because I am moving offices and the person I am moving with hasn't done anything yet to take things off the wall or get ready and it is happening in less then a week and they aren't very nice either. I also am helping with a project that is going to be presented to our compainie's highest boss. And to add on to it I am like pmsing too. Please help me feel better soon and not so tired. Thank you

To help with the PMS:

Take Advil and Tylenol, alternating every 3 hours. Here's an example time schedule:

Let's say you take advil at 8:00 am

8:00 am: 2 advil
3 hours later
11:00 am: 2 tylenol
3 hours later
2:00 pm: 2 advil
3 hours later
5:00 pm: 2 tylenol
3 hours later
8:00 pm: 2 advil

and so on till you go to bed. Thats what I do and it helps a TON. Also, you should make sure to get enough iron (there's a lot in cream of wheat, I think) since you lose a lot during your period. A hotwater bottle also should help, and just laying down. Actually, I think you might want 2 walk around a little to keep your muscles from getting cold and clenching up.

For the work:
Wow. I dunno.
Hope I could help!

Can you go to bed now and get up a little earlyer in the AM? As far as moving to a new office, just pack your things. Leave their stuff to them to pack. sounds like maybe you need to learn to say 'NO' to somethings sometimes so you aren't in the possition of being so stressed. Did you have to work on the project for the highest boss?
When you have your lunch is it possable to leave the building and walk to get lunch or a place to eat you sack lunch? At work if you drink a glass of COLD water when you are feeling a bit tired works great! Also can you take Midol or some other product made for this time of the month? Take a hot bath/shower and listen to soothing music CD with lit candles. Be kind to yourself..........

Chill out, already!!! What do you have to do tonight that is so important??? Whatever it is, I am sure it can wait. You need to rest. And you need to take care of yourself. Say, to hell with it and go to bed. And whatever is happening at work is something you cannot control. You can't make that person move any faster. And you still have a week!!! Stop worrying about things you cannot control. Everything is going to be OK. If you keep on stressing and worrying needlessly, you are going to have a major burn out!!! Then you will be no good to yourself or anyone else. Set priorities. Make a list. Do the important things and for goodness sake, take it easy. Now go to bed!!!!

First, take some ibuprofen for the PMS and then make a step by step list of each thing you need to get done. Take a deep breath and number the steps according to priority and when each one needs to be completed. Then take it one step at a time, crossing off each one you complete, so you can see the progress you have made. Even though it may seem ovrwhelming at times, I find I am able to get more done when I have too much to do..If there is not a lot to do, it is too easy to put things off. Good luck to you and hope all ends well.

I'd say your top priority is the project your going to be presenting to your top boss. As for the person who is supposed to be helping you move, I would say something to her. OR leave a note on her desk that reads, "I hope you two girls will be ready to move by next week!" She will wonder who left the note, but who cares!!!!! At least she will get the hint.... Good luck.....Oh yea, don't forget to get your proper rest for the PMS...
