I lost weight but I lost it finally after wanting to lose it for myself. Everyone could tell me all sorts of things but until you really want to do it for yourself and your health there is no greater motivation. You can motivate yourself by seeing all that you have in you and all that your child or children will not have without you if you do not maintain your health but yes it is very difficult. It is possible. One way I was able to get started was to stop drinking anything except only water. That helped tremendously for me. I can't stand the way water taste so I went to flavored water and that was my answer. Good luck!

i was taking a prescr. called phentermine, i lost 20lbs in 7 weeks. i am hypoglycemic which is a metabolism disorder so its hard for me to loose weight. i also put my sedentary excersize bike right in front of the tv and excersized and watched tv. i am currently waiting to get to my doc for a pelvic exam and pg blood test. had a spotted period. if i am not pregnant i will immediatly get back on phentermine. check out phenforum.com for info

Think about how beautify and great it will be if you are slim again. Imagine how nice it is for your child to tell others proudly that his/her mum is the most beautiful and slim mother, and then imagine all those other mum looking green with envy of our beautiful body, as if you had not given birth and you are in the prime of your youth.
Oh yes, other thing is that studies have shown that "fat" parents tend to have even "fat" kids.
