when i get my period i get lumps with it,some big some small,any ideas

I started taking seasonale a little over a month ago. For the last week i've had some very light spotting, usually i only need a pantyliner and sometimes not even that. I understand spotting is normal with seasonale, but how long should the spotting last, how many days in a row, before i begin to worry?

If you can find where this test is available, and you test positive, would you seek to abort the fetus? or accept the burden of producing/raising a defective child?

I get tired really easily. I have no medical problems except really bad allergies which makes it hard for me to breath sometimes, even though I take Claritin. I enjoy yoga but haven't felt like doing it in a while. I like running but I always have some reason not to go. (mostly good reasons, like I won't be home, etc). I eat really healthy, and often organic. I'm a pescatarian. I also have acne that I'm trying to get rid of. I just got on birth control pills which is helping but I still have scars (mostly bright red marks).

I'd like to be healthy and happy and full of energy this year.
I get tired so fast and I don't know why. I also feel awkward a lot of the time when I hang out with people I don't know that well. My life is pretty good though. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Me and my girl are trying to conceive. But it seems that she got some vaginal infection lately. There is a slight white discharge from her vagina and the doc says that its urine infection and recommended pills for her. (Candid V3 and Fas3kit and Zocon 150).

Its happened 3 times in that last 3 months.

1st time was a sudden one and we don't have any answer why it could have happened.

2nd time, we had gone out on a trip and she held peeing often due to long travelling hours in bus and she also did not have good intake of fluids. Could this be one of the reason why she catch the infection immediately after the tour.

3rd time - Since we are trying to conceive, after I ejaculate inside her, she sleeps with her knees to her chest for 20 mins and then sleeps without washing her private parts in order to conceive quick. She washes only after around 6 -8 hours? Could this be the reason as well?

Thanks and we are really frustrated over the same and I look to hear serious response.

OK here is the scenario. i have had irregular periods since my first one 20 some years ago. Such as having it for weeks at a time then skipping it for 2-3 months then having it a day then skipping 2 weeks & having it a month etc etc etc. i've lived with it because "some women just have irregular cycles." the dr. says. OK. Then my period was regulated when i finally got on bc pills. But now i have been on the pill for about 4 years and it doesn't regulate anymore. i have now had my period for 24 days straight. Heavy flow for at least 1/2 the time with extra ordinarily large clots. (well at least they seem that way to me - about 1/2 the size of a golf ball maybe) And i get horrendous cramps. I asked my RN at planned parenthood & she says that that is normal & women's bodies change & don't worry. i am only 34. i am heavy - not sure if that makes a difference or not. Should i be worried - or do others experience this same kind of irregularity. Serious answers only please.

Hi,

Im breast feeding and trying to decided which birth control is best. My dr and I talk about the mini pill and the marina IUD she told me to have the IUD but Im not sure about it so she put me on the mini pill until i decide, so which is better.

i want to start up pilates as a way to shape up. and get rid of some belly fat that i dont want. but my question is will it really work? i have seen all the stuff on tv that says it will work, but i have a hard time believing what the tv says so if it has or hasnt worked for you please let me know. and if it hasnt worked for you... some other ideas of how to shape up would be great!

had termination in april 2006 already had four children and I am now tired at the age of 38. none stop bleeding lost 2 stone in weight having my house repossesed by bankcruptsy from ex husband. partner now has had an aquired brain injury. kids seem fine but partner is violent cos of this. have not worked for 12 years cos i want to bring the kids up to the best i can. I think that is the best way. Getin hot flushes, loss of sex drive, had ivf with my second child. my first has just met his real dad. my third and fourth child are by my recent partner of the last four years. he is 16 years younger than me. i love him but the family unit is not as good as i would like it to be. my health is now suffering i smoke 30 a day and drink quite abit to deal with the situations, which does not help in the long run. I am worried about my body lots of things are going wrong. please help me.

I am 21 years old. I have had a complex ovaria cyst for many years. Just 2 years ago I was diagnosed with it finally. My problem is it causes pain. I know it is still there, I have had recent ct scans show the cyst. My gyno seems to push this problem aside while focusing on other problems, such as my prolonged menstrual cycle. But I think something should be done. Is there anything that can be done? Is this cyst serious? I've had it for so long. It hasn't gone away at all. I'm not sure how big it is, except big enough to cause constant pain.
