I get tired really easily. I have no medical problems except really bad allergies which makes it hard for me to breath sometimes, even though I take Claritin. I enjoy yoga but haven't felt like doing it in a while. I like running but I always have some reason not to go. (mostly good reasons, like I won't be home, etc). I eat really healthy, and often organic. I'm a pescatarian. I also have acne that I'm trying to get rid of. I just got on birth control pills which is helping but I still have scars (mostly bright red marks).

I'd like to be healthy and happy and full of energy this year.
I get tired so fast and I don't know why. I also feel awkward a lot of the time when I hang out with people I don't know that well. My life is pretty good though. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I've had a blood test done recently so I know there's nothing seriously wrong with me.

Thanks for that Maddie. I'm okay with weight. I'm 5'7 and weigh almost 140. I mean I wouldn't mind if I lost a few pounds while I got toned but no one would call me fat. I don't eat too much junk food either.

Well, you could start by walking. That can be done anywhere.
Since you have allergies, you'll want to clear the allergens out of your home. Which means cleaning and dusting, and using air cleaners. That will probably help with your breathing too.

Drink water: That will help flush a lot of things out of your system that don't belong there. And yes, start the Yoga again. But don't beat yourself if you forget a day or two: Just try again.

Like you, I don't really enjoy crowds, especially strangers. But sometimes the best way to deal with situations is to jump in feet first. I've read of famous actors who suffered badly from stage fright- and who conquered it by taking public speaking courses and actually speaking in public as often as they could.

i think you should be eating the right AMOUNT of foods and the right KINDS of foods to be healthy if your eating McDonalds every day then you might be unhealthy but if you just eat salads,fruit, and maybe a treat once in a while you will be healthy....i am a healthy girl and dont think your fat becuz now models, they think there fat (if there over 100 pounds) jeez and back in the 70's women who were under 120 pounds were considered SICK...but people like marilyn monroe was over 140 pounds but she was considered the most beautiful woman ever.

Eat more iron maybe that willl help fatigue,my reccomendation is to see your doctor(as usual) and go to acne.org to find a acne medicine that actually works.
