I think most girls want a guy with a good sense of humor, who is loving and kind, and with whom they are attracted to. When I was single, I never looked for a guy that was rich, but I did want a guy who was responsible, who had a good job, and enjoyed what he was doing.
I also looked for guys who were intelligent and could carry a good conversation, and not just a handsome face.

It really depends on the girl. At different times in my life, I've been attracted to different qualities. I've been dating a guy for the past four 1/2 years and we're recently engaged to be married this June. Based on the men I dated before, my fiancee just wasn't my "type" and I most certainly wasn't his. As we spent more time together and developed a strong friendship, we gradually fell more in love.
So, it's more complicated than looking for someone who has general qualities. It's more about how the person fits with you. If I had to be specific it would be: 1) friendship and 2) good sex.

Every girl has a diff opinion... some look for a guy with better looks and some go for a guys personality, or some go for both. Depends on what a girl likes... same for guys... people like different qualities. But if your looking for my opinion then I like a guy that I feel safe with... like he can protect me and guys eyes really make me weak... I love pretty eyes. Also a guy that's sweet and loving and likes to do the same things I like.

All girls/women differ. You cannot assume one answer from one female will be the same for all. But it may be safe to say the general consensus would view humor and personality as an asset. But then the question arises, what type of humor and what type of personality.

It depends on how they were raised and how they view men in general. I wish I had had higher standards in making my selections. :)
