Hopefully, you're under a dr.'s supervision.
No, you shouldn't wear a tampon,
this might increase you chance of getting an infection &
you want to see how much you bleed & look for clots.
You want your uterus to be able to eliminate all the fetal tissue.

It would be better to wear a pad. Maybe one for heavy flow. There are blood and tissue that will need to come out and a tampon may stop it up. If you're having a miscarriage, you have to make sure everything comes out or else you could get a serious infection. I am going to assume that you have went to a doctor about this?

Please do not use a tampon if you have had a miscarriage. You have had to much trauma to the reproductive tract at this point and are at to many risk's for infections....
Just use a pad and your bleeding should subside in a week or so.

You shouldn't wear a tampon because all of the lining needs to completely pass through. A tampon wouldn't let all of the tissue pass through the birth canal. Plus it will keep you from cramping.

ONLY use a pad. You can cause infection by stopping up what needs to come out.
