For me, not getting a headache sometime during my day is out of the norm.
I've heard that it could be because I'm not getting enough fluids, but I drink a lot of liquid. Today I've had probably at least five glasses of liquid, but I have a headache right now.
I've heard that it could be because I'm not getting enough sodium, but that always sounded pretty unlikely as I eat a meal with some salt in it at least once a day.
I've heard that it could be stress related, but I'm hardly ever stressed.
I've talked to a doctor about it before, but they pretty much just brushed it off. It's a dull throbbing, usually in the back of my head, extending deep down. I've had these headaches for at least a year now, but they're not so painful that I can't bear them. I'd just like to know why I'm getting them.
Any suggestions beyond saying that I should just pop a couple of ibuprofen would be greatly appreciated. :)
