I am all over sore when they begin. I have no idea what is going on. Please help!

Could be. Mirgaines are differant for everone. Most signs are senative to light, oders, and sounds. Depend on the level you can get a combo of other things to. Minor once can just be a "twinge" in one part of you head (even behind the eyes). No two migtaines are the same. everyone has differant kinds and discribes it differant. Best bet is to go get checked out.

sounds more like ur tense, that would cause ur scalp to be tight. the weakness may be caused, by ur nerves an worry can cause u not to be getting to sleep. but u need to see a dr. or a psychologist, or talk to a social worker. god bless an merry christmas.

Do yourself a favor, go to a doctor to make sure that they're migraines. I'm not down playing them, I get them too, but it's a relief to find out if that is what is occuring, you'll probably get medication too.
