Does anyone remember the name of a game that had a castle in the middle of the board and you had to collect keys. It had a keypad on the castle. Please Help. It was around in the late 70's early 80's.

My dr. told me to fast the day before the test only on clear liquids.I've read on line that it's ok to eat but to stop two hours before drinking the colyte. does any one know if that's true?

I am very concerned about my 69 yr old sister who falls asleep anywhere and at any time. This has been going on for years and is a family joke now. She goes to bed at about 8 or 9, sleeps straight through, and gets up at 4. It can be embarassing for her in church, at a party, or at a dinner (even the daily family dinner). She goes to the theatre, but sleeps through most of the performances. If someone is sitting and talking to her, she falls asleep during the conversation. Her doctor tells her that her health is ok. She leads an active life, exercises daily and her weight and diet are fine. Is there a sleep study that can assess her problem or is it a problem?

Smoking causes nothing but more problems than this world needs. Smoking is a waste of money, time and your life!
Someone has to feel this way. I'm dead on. Smoking is sick.

I have kidney reflux which i have had since i was 2 i am now 20. Does anyone know at what percent that your kidneys are actually consider to be non-funictional? My left kidney is at 18% and my right is at around 80%. or can anyone recommend a good site to find out?

I can't get to sleep! I haven't slept in 3 days now, and is this is going to be my fourth... I CANT get to sleep! Been taking Tylenol PM and that isn't getting me to sleep either... What should I do?

I've recently gone on a 'diet'. I eat fruits durin' the day..not unlimited fruits..maybe for example i'll have 1-2 bananas, 2-3 apricots, a mango and a apple through the day and in the evening I'll have a bowl of porridge (quick oats) with prunes and frozen berries or a banana. I go on the treadmill for at least 30 minutes everyday ..sometimes for longer. I have been followin' this 'lifestyle' for the pass 10 days.
I haven't weighed myself yet..but my clothes are definately looser and my stomach's flatter..etc
My skin is glowing..I feel a bit lethargic but okay. I take fish oil capsules and grapeseed extract.

I am going away for 5 days next month and am worried about putting back on the weight that I've lost as I will not have control of my meals especially if we will be eating out everyday. There is a gym at the hotel which I plan to use.
Has anyone been in the same situation..what did you do?
has anyone lost weight by bingin' one day and eatin healthy for 6 dayz etc
