2) High Potency B complex, (B-50) before each meal
3) Magnesium oxide 250 mg before each meal and at bed
4) Calcium carbonate with Vit D at dinner and bed
5) Vit C 500 mg before each meal
6) Vit E 400 IU twice a day
7) Cinnamon 1/4 tsp in food or 2 500mg cinnamon capsules before each meal if over weight
8) for best growth you need the arginine in 2 packets of Knox gelatin in warm water at dinnertime to stimulate increased growth hormone but you need to be asleep at least 2 hours before midnight for the best growth since the human growth hormone shuts down at midnight.

You can grow for 2 years but must do it all if Ok with your doctor.
