It might be wise to consult your doctor. There could be some other reasons for it continuing.
I suffer from waht it called Cluster headaches> The pain from these are very very bad.
The key to many of these headaches is diet also. there are many foods etc that trigger headaches.
I know for my part, alcohol will trigger a hedache real fast.
Migraine and clsuter headaches are terrible to go through. When anyone says they have a headache, I feel for them.
Perhaps you may also want to see a doctor that specializes in these.
Good luck and hope this goes away before
christmas

Yes migraines can last for more that a week, sometimes longer. I have had them for years. So I know what you going though and it sucks.

Sometimes migraines are nothing but re-bound headaches caused by pain medications. Either you took 1 pill more than your system wants you to take or the medication your taking is too strong. It feels like a hang over. With out the fun of going out and getting drunk. I hope this answer helps a little & that you feel better soon.

It is possible, although unusual.

My mother and brother both get migraines regularly. I've also had them myself a few times. They usually last anywher from 1-4 days.

But when my brother first started getting migraines, he had a migraine that lasted continuously for more than a month. The doctors tried all kinds of medications, but couldn't break it. Finally, he had to be hospitalized for a week to be given stronger medicines to stop it.

Most migraines don't go for that long. The usual time is a couple of days. I would encourage you to get this checked out by a doctor.

Most definitely. I always get these horrible migraines once every month or so, and they'll last for 1-2 weeks.
I totally feel your pain.

Its very rare. Most attacks I know of lasted never more than 3-4 days.
I am concerned about the nausea. For safety's sake maybe you need to get an MRI done.
