Specifically about the healing. What happens if your cyst never heals completely?? I had the surgery over a year ago and it still hasn't completely healed up yet. I still have a hole there. It doesn't get infected or anything like that, it's just a hole. Any help would be much appreciated!

I take zinc to prevent colds. I started taking it everyday in October. I plan to keep on taking it until spring. Is there any danger in taking it this often? I feel very healthy!

I left some frozen, cooked ham out to thaw and I forgot about it. I left it out for almost a day. I stuck it in the freezer to kill the bacteria. If I defrost it again, is it okay to eat?

ive had this humming in my ear since i could ever remember. i forget what the name of it is. ive never been diagnost with this. but anywho....my right ear is very sensitive, i have a curling iron that kinda sweaks when i close it, and it doesnt hurt me left ear, just my right one. then i get the loud noise in my ear again. i have it 24/7 in both ears (the humming high pitched noise) but when the curling iron sqeaks by my right ear, i get a HIGH LOUD noise, louder than usual. i dont really wanna go to the doc unless it gets worse, cause i do know that the hummin in the ear is unfixable. dang it, i just cant remember what the name of it is though. but could u tell me why my right ear is so much more sensitve? please NO dumb answers, i really want serious answers, thanx God Bless ♥

i need a good tricep workout, AB'S for sure (i dont want to do stomach crunches, cause it hurts my neck really bad), a good thigh and caf workout too. i need something that IS effective and kinda fast, like about 2 weeks fast, when i will start to see an inprovement would be good. i dont want to go to the gym, so please dont even suggest that. i have a small trapaline, and 5 lbs weights, and 3 lbs weights. THANX! if can even go buy a tape, do u have any suggestions on which one is best???
o yeah, btw, im not fat by any means, i just need to bascially TONE my abs and body.

at night i always hear voices, like i hear people talking even when no one is there and its really creeping me out, and when i look in the hallway to see if someone is there i hear ticking and the house creeking a ton. i also hear water dripping into a bathtub or sink, and people walking in my room and down and up stairs, and i hear doors open and close even when everyone else is asleep. is this normal or am i going crazy? no one else in my house hears them but me.
