well i'm going to do it starting tommorrow. i am just so sick of it but the thing that scares me is that i will be so moody. that i will take it out on every body around me. need some help from those who have done it any thing help with the mood swings

23 days Clean today...chewing lots of gum but not smoking
Give yourself a reward after 7 days...I bought a GOLD COIN
and now I buy a gold or silver coin once a week..as a reward.
Having a new girlfriend who did not smoke HELPED TOO..
I caught the flu and quit for 3 days anyway and kept right on not smoking...we dont smoke when we sleep...SO...CHEW GUM and Good Luck...One day at a time, One minute at a time..

Well from people I know, I have a few suggestions. Have some motivation for you to reach the goal (maybe buy that dvd you always wanted). Try to suck on lollipops and other candies (it really helps). Stay away from other smokers, put yourself into it and focus on not smoking. Do something fun so you aren't stressed out. Hide your cigarettes. For More help, visit http://www.philipmorrisusa.com
