each yogi has slightly different aasanas for the same problem,however for a layman 7 "pranayam" are good enough for good health, for this swamy ramdevji maharaj, the yoga guru from haridwar, was in UK few months back and was on TV channels in that country and in India, how ever buy his CD which should be available there, or contact:email: divyayoga@rediff.com or visit:
