I have a headache and sore stomach, I took some panadol and have drank enough water to be bursting at the seams. I can't leave work for another 3.5 hours. Any ideas to take my mind off it feeling unwell???

Looking at the back of our left hand find the point where your thumb and index finger bones would meet. Push down just in front of that point with your finger tips. Its an accupressure point. It will hurt a lot for a little while but it should eliminate your headache after a little while.

You might want glasses the cause for that is that your concentrating so intently on the board and its making you get a headache. i could mainly propose you to peer an optcian due to the fact whilst i didnt move I needed to get glasses for permanant use in which as you may also most effective want them for you reports and probably TV, Plus so far as i do know wanting glasses isnt genetic.

yes, if possible drink something with caffeine, and place an ice pack to your head. A cup of ice pressed to the head might do until you get home. Best wishes!

try drinking some sprite that always helps my stomach feel better! Try putting some soothing music on that always helps me to forget if I'm feeling down!
