Well, it really depends on the person. If you are trying to loose weight, warm tea will help suppress your appetite, but cold tea will speed up your metabolism in order to warm the tea to body temp. I think the health benefits are still the same whether it is hot or cold when you drink it.

Do you mean YOU in hot water or cold? Or the tea? hot or cold?! I don't think it matters...If you're in hot or cold water...Tea has more caffine than some coffees...UNLESS you drink decaf..

ummm tea is healthy no matter what! havent u heard of hot tea nad iced tea? you can drink them in both hot or cold, and both r delicious!!!
