you've probably got a big build up of wax in there - try using some "swim ear" or similar drops to clear them out (don't use a cotton bud / q-tip). if this doesn't sort it, you may have an infection, but a doctor will need to confirm that.

You likely have a conditon called "swimmer's ear", where water naturally channels its way down your ear canal after a swim or shower, leaving you w/ that icky feeling in your ear. Swimmer's Ear also is a welcome mat for ear infections. Any reputable pharmacy carries over counter products and safe ear plugs to help those w/ swimmer's ear. And of course, your doctor can also be of help ( if you want to spend the $$$) w/ prescription meds and custom made ear-plugs
Use of a "Q-tip" cotton swab is NOT recommended.

Sounds like water in the ear, just lean your head over to the right and it should clear.
