It doesn't matter if it's a bite or a portion size. My stomach hurts as soon as I eat. Within tens minutes of eating I feel like I'm gonna vomit. This has been persistant for about 2 weeks. i'm about to get insurance through my work in a couple weeks so I have to wait to see a doctor. Any ideas on whats going on here.

I am not a doctor so do not take this as sound medical advice but my initial reaction is that you either have an ulcer or acid reflux. Either way you will require medication to fix the problem but there a few things you can do to help in the mean time.
1. Cut down on acidic food (this includes most fruit and their juices, soda, spicey food, alcohol etc).
2. As long as you are not lactose intolerant you should drink milk as it will help.
3. Buy some form of acid reducer such as Pepcid and take if you eat any of the foods mentioned above.
4. Remove salt from your diet. If you have an ulcer this will help quite a bit. You should also stay away from red meat.

You can try reducing your acid first and if that doesnt work remove the salt, red meat etc to see if that helps.
If you follow those three steps and the problem is still going on you might have a much more serious medical issue going on and should see a doctor as soon as you can.

P.S. You could also just be pregnant.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Could be several things. Maybe the stress that you are eating something that you can't stand the taste of made your tummy hurt. Maybe it is a medical reason, like your body just doesn't agree with the eggs. Usually when you don't eat something for a long amount of time..your stomach just doesn't agree with it.

I'm a medical researcher. It is widely agreed among physicians and medical paraprofessionals, that initial diagnosis, mostly by using a typical acid reflux symptoms questionnaire, is necessary to ensure the most effective and quick treatment for this condition. Approx 70% of the acid reflux diagnostics that are based on the presence of typical symptoms are accurate. Since acid reflux, also called GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease), can cause patients a great deal of discomfort and result in severe complications, it is highly important to know how to identify its symptoms in order to quickly diagnose and treat it.

If you know you have acid reflux you can try this natural program http://acidreflux.toptips.org

It depends what kind of pain it is. If it is acute, screw the insurance you need immediate attention. If not, then it could be a mild virus. If you have started any new eating practices, it could be you've irritated it. Take care of it by eating easy to digest food and give it a rest, it might go away on its own.

It sounds to me like you have an ulcer. It could even be infected, which could make you very sick and could even become fatal if left untreated (hemorrhaging and/or septic shock), so I'd recommend going to the doctor now! Better safe than sorry.
