Normally chocolate will not cause breakout, unless you happen to be allergic to it. Stress definitely does not cause gray hair. I'm living proof of that. If it were true, I would have been gray in my late teens or early 20's.

Chocolate is fine, its the cocoa butter, milk, and other fats that are added to it that make you 'break out'

The stress of teaching 30 hours a week put the first Grey hairs into my beard, which is why I keep it trimmed as stubble now. They appeared over night the week after the most stressful time of my life. My colleague went grey and he was only 25, I on the other hand am 42, so it does not look so bad.

From my experience that if your skin is already agravated and you eat a lot of it, yes the caffiene and oils can cause a breakout. But that doesnt mean it causes everyone to breakout.i have heard it is a myth. But if you want to do a test - don't eat any for a week and see if your skin is better. Then you will know if it affects you.

Different things cause spots in different people - (for me personally its peanuts, but I eat them anyway), so chocolate will for some but not for others. Same goes for stress and grey hair - it does for some people (look at the change in Tony Blair's hair over the years) but not for others!
