I am applying for a new job, and required to take a drug test. I was told that thc stays in your system for thirty days. Is there any way to pass without waiting the whole thirty days?

The reason Im asking is this. I'm taking a Tramadol(ultram) for migranes I was diganosed with years ago. I don't want to take this medication any more becuase I found a herbal remedy that works better and faster, but when I stoped for more than a day I became extramemly ill.I have never had this happen to me with any medication that I have taken in my life.

I already wear contacts and glasses so I don't think it's a vision problem. My eye doctor said it might be sinuses but has no idea what it could be. Sometimes my face feels like it is falling off. It feels like so much pressure is there, and sometimes I can see my skin looks pink, it looks swollen or like it's hurting. I want to go to the doctor, but I don't know who to make an appointment with, as I don't even know what's causing it. I'm afraid the doctor's never heard of it and its embarrassing. It's worse when I stare the computer too long, especially LCD screens like my gameboy or laptop. Please help! :( i'm in pain nearly every day of my life.

In school I sit low but I am kept up because my shoulder blades are hooked over the top of the back of the chair. I imagine it to be bad so I sit up then do it again without noticing. Is it actually bad at all for you?

Though i've lived in cold weather almost all my life, my body is not a big fan of it. My hair gets big and frizzy, my skin and lips crack, and i'm constantly feeling sick. I am an easy target of sinus pain. Now that winter's coming, the temperature have gone up to the teens and single digits - i notice that everytime i'll go outside, i'll get dizzy or get a headache. When i'm inside, i'm fine. Does the cold weather trigger more sinus headaches?

I know that it happens to heroin addicts when they shoot too much into a vein, and I understand that its like too much for the vein to take so it explodes.. sort of? but I like.. want to know how does the vein explode and what happens AFTER this all, what happens to the arm? Why dad is a stroke victim and is unable to walk. His short term memory is not very good because when I ask him basic questions such as what did u eat today he never remembers. In June I placed him in a home adult foster care facility. It is run out of a woman's home and it has 3 residents living their.
My dad came from an assisted living facility in another state for about 3 years and I didn't really care for it. The staff seemed somewhat not personal with the residents. Everytime I visited residents were always left just sitting in a corner just staring off into space.
Now that he is here closer to me I am able to visit him several times a week, but he is depressed and it is hard to get him to speak sometimes.
I like where he is staying. He is kept clean, neat and fed. But how do you go about making sure that every dollar that he gets is going to what it is supposed to be going to and not going into somone's pockets?

2 days ago i woke up and was unable to move me head to the left, n now the pain is spreading down my neck and along my shoulders, today it was making me feel faint, n started to give me a head ache...I dont wna go doctors cos theyre jus gna say " can u move ur head this way,orthis way" then give me pain killers... i need sum help cos it hurts lyk made, n not bein able to move properly is fustrating me...pls help...
