I do it al lthe time, I sit in chairs like that, I sit on the floor at the computor like that. Im a little worried about weather it is healthy or not for my knees since I do Parkour and Running which are high impact sports.

Any information on how it is bad for them and what I can do to pevent it would be highly appreciated! thanks.

... I manage about 6 mouthfuls and then I don't want anymore. I'm 21 years old and have always had a good appetite. I'm not anorexic or bulimic and I have no issues about my body weight. There is quite a lot of stress in my life right now. Could that be relevant?

I have a huge sudden urge to eat immediately after I wake up from a nap or in the middle of the night. I don't have this craving when I wake up come morning time. In other words, I may wake up in the middle of the night and my body is craving something to eat or drink and in a very fast period of time I intake a lot of food/drink...I am wondering why this is. I don't have any eating disorders or an unhealthy diet. It's just something peculiar that's been going on with my body recently...

why does my belly rumble soooo loud that every1 can hear it?? Is there any way 2 stop it bcoz its sooo embarrassing. oncei was sitting in an exam hall and it rumbled and every1 was laughing and in the end i just had to walk out. every time i go on a night out,the following day i am constantely sick,i cant even sip water without throwing up a few moments later,it gets soo bad that theres nothing left in my stomach and i end up nearly choking.the feeling is just terrible and every time i vow never to drink again!! i am just wondering if there is anything to cure this sickness either before i go to bed or in the morning? or could this be something more seroius e.g a stomach ulcer that reacts with the alchol? none of my friends suffer like me!! x

Im a heavy smoker... i would love to stop but im addicted to it... fallen into the trap one could say!!!
Smoking is of no benefit to the smoker. The only percieved benefit is getting back to the feeling of normal after the cigeratte...
At least "proper" drugs such as alcohol and weed and certain other class a drugs have an effect on the user.. but smoking does nothing for you except drain money out of your pocket and keep you addicted....

i had a steroid jab for hives (skin allergy) 1 month and 1 week ago. i suppose it is a Glucocorticoid jab. i researched on the internet and found out that it may cause irregularity of menstrual periods. i have missed my period for about one week and i am wondering if it is because of the steroids, and if so about how long will i know that i am back to normal. thanks (:

I've had gas for a long time (3-5 every 5 minutes), and I am currently diagnosing what I have (my doctor says it is IBS.) I usually wouldn't mind (I cant smell it myself), but I am going on a trip to China, and don't want to offend my elders (ceremony for my late Grandma.) Are there any cosmetics where I can remove the smell of flatulence (or even the sound?)
