I actually looked that up one time, as I was interested.
Temperatures between 19 C and 22C is when the human body functions best. Most people feel very comfortable at that temp, and our metabolism seems to function best there too.

It depends on the case scenario that is at hand. It also will depend on the weight, the weather and many other factors. There is a term called homeostasis within the human body, and that is where the body maintains at a constant temperature within the body. When there is an infection, or a heat flash or other case like that, the body has an organ called the hypothalamus in the brain that opens up and is like a air coolant or conditioner, and that is what causes are bodies to sweat if there is too much heat in our bodies. I hope that this helps you!

That depends on who you are talking to and at what time of the year. Ladies are generally colder than men and thus favor the temperature to be higher.
I favor 65 -68 for my best work temperature in the winter. In the summer, I can work comfortably if the temperature is under 80 indoors.

I believe it is 21 degrees celcius (most schools, places of employment have it set at this temp) unless you live in Africa or another hot country where the temps are much higher and where people are use to that type of climate. In fact if a person were in the North Pole, they could sleep in a sleeping bag nude without getting hypothermia as long as thier body stayed at its normal temperature.

Depends. If you aren't doing anything, 70 degrees farenheit is about right. If you are doing hard work and need to keep a low body temp, my layman's guess is around 45 or 50.

mid 70's.......that way it is cool enough so that when you get hot from whatever activity it is your performing, it will keep your body temp at an average level.

i think 20c. cuz that way you don't overheat. depends what you're doing. if you're going to be moving a lot, go with a lower temp.
