Have some lemsip or beechams - buy the sachets which you can add to hot water. They really do help!
Also if you like juices have some hot orange/ribina - it will warm you up.

Hope this helps!

it seems as if you had got cold in the past couple of days, because headache might be caused by letting the head get cold and it hurts like hell after that, i suggsest that you get a bucket nearby because headaches often cause throwing up.as for the sore throat ,i dont think you should worry about it much because sore throat is a B***h when it comes to healing. so what you should do is maybe call a doctor to let him subscribe some kind of a medicine for you and you will be back on your feet in a week, and oh yeah, stay off the computer because it only makes you feel worse ;)

Possibly, you are getting sick. A great thing to take every morning is Emergen-C. Empty one packet into a small glass of water and drink it. It comes in a variety of flavors, the best being raspberry, and it makes your water carbonated. I used to take Airborne before I started using Emergen-C, but it had artificial sweetener, and it would give me headaches. Emergen-C can be purchased at most grocery stores, and it is about $12 a box, with 20 packets or so in it. Also, try getting more sleep if you're not feeling right, and make sure to drink lots and lots of water! Get better!

Poor guy! I think you should take some advil or tylenol and go to bed and make sure you drink plenty of fluids such as orange juice. I don't know if this is true or not but my mom always said not to bundle up when having a fever so I'd take one of those sweaters off. I hope you get better soon!

A fever can run either way. Get to the Vitamin Shop or have someone go for you and pick up vitamin C capsules (500-1000 mg) and zinc. Take as much vitamin C as your stomach can handle (1-8 capsules per hour) - in the evening before bed, take 1 zinc. Keep warm, dry and hydrated.

Sleep is the best remedy. But before going to sleep drink hot milk and eat hard boiled egg.
