Try coffee, tea..

Wash ur face with cold water whenever u feel sleepy.

Take interest in what u read or do on desk. If u fall asleep take proper rest n study with fresh mind. Try 2 read fast. Concentrate fully on what u read.

What happns is that we dnt hav good concentration while falling asleep at desk. We r unable r read n sleep on desk....

So its always better 2 remain fresh while reading.

There shud b proper evacuation in d morning. It keeps u active.
Improper evacuation leads 2 weakness n loss of intrest in studying at desk....

Drink good amount of water. Water helps 2 keep proper circulation. Proper circulation is needed 2 b awake...

There are a few things you can do:

1. Eat a well-balanced breakfast. This does not mean grabbing a nutragrain bar as you leave the house. Try non-sugary cereal with milk, and a piece of fruit.

2. Go for a walk before work/school. You may think you are going to be tired after, but once you get into the hang of it you will feel refreshed every morning.

Try a tissue or hanky with some bergamot essential oil on it. I know how difficult it is trying to stay awake whilst sat a desk, plus not wanting to draw attention to yourself!

open a window, get a cool drink, go to the bathroom n rinse your face in cold water (unless u'v got make up on), eat something healthy like an apple, high in natural sugars.

Have a good stretch and take a few deep breaths - you need to increase the flow of oxygen around your body. Try it!

move aroung. get going. jump up and down or something. a work out in the day is always a good idea not a all out kind of work out just to wake you up.

try getting up and walking around for a minute. or jump up and down. if you have an apple, eat it. apples are supposed to be good for waking you up (seriously) good luck! i have 1 more hour of work and i am outta here! off to bed!

.,splash your face with water or better still have a friend splash you with water. take a laxative tablet all the running to the toilet will put a spring in your step
