Though i've lived in cold weather almost all my life, my body is not a big fan of it. My hair gets big and frizzy, my skin and lips crack, and i'm constantly feeling sick. I am an easy target of sinus pain. Now that winter's coming, the temperature have gone up to the teens and single digits - i notice that everytime i'll go outside, i'll get dizzy or get a headache. When i'm inside, i'm fine. Does the cold weather trigger more sinus headaches?

Yes! The cold will dry your sinuses out terribly.
Especially if the wind is blowing.
Try covering your nose and mouth with a scarf or something when you're outside. The humidity from your breath will keep your sinuses in their naturally moist working order!

I really do not think that you have a problem with the cold. I believe that this stems further. Try seeing a psychologist and dig deeper.
