The reason Im asking is this. I'm taking a Tramadol(ultram) for migranes I was diganosed with years ago. I don't want to take this medication any more becuase I found a herbal remedy that works better and faster, but when I stoped for more than a day I became extramemly ill.I have never had this happen to me with any medication that I have taken in my life.

Well, they both sound pretty similar. But the main differences are that drug addiction is mostly mental...its when someone believes they "need" something to feel a certain way. Drug dependancy is a physical addiction, when your body is used to having a certain substance and can act out of whack when you stop taking it...just take it easy...stop taking your medication on a weekend so you can lay in bed and ride it out...you should feel better within a week.. sorry you are going through this.

I was addicted to ultram for 2yrs.I started taking them for headaches. So I took 4 one day and wow, did I like that feeling. At the end of 2yrs I was up to 20 a day. I knew this old man that would sell them to me for 2 dollars a pill.If I didnt have the pills I would be sick as hell. I would be sitting on the toielet, wiith diarreah and throwing up at the same time, and oh man would I feel bad. People said it looked like i was withdrawling off of herion. That is a wicked drug, please be careful with it. Your body got physically addicted to them and you didnt even know it.Please throw those damn things away.
