I've never heard of that happening. Sounds painful. You should see a doctor right away. Maybe some cream or something will soften it up. Good luck with that...

Sounds like an atypical case of genital warts. This can cause any female partner to contract cervical cancer, as it is caused by a virus. For you, it is much less harmful, but the treatment will have to come from a Dr., as removal of the hard overlayer is the only cure. Get a GOOD urologist, and insist on good anesthesia. Good Luck : )
