I know that it happens to heroin addicts when they shoot too much into a vein, and I understand that its like too much for the vein to take so it explodes.. sort of? but I like.. want to know how does the vein explode and what happens AFTER this all, what happens to the arm? And Pictures would be nice too. Thank you :)

Depends how seriously the vein gets punctured. Essentially it's puncturing the vein all the way through both sides. If it doesn't heal quickly (or well) you get a bad bruise from all the blood that seeps out of the punctures, and it can cause nasty internal infections as well. If the vein is already weak, it can collapse, severely damaging blood circulation and purification in the body.

With the tourniquet on the arm the increased pressure would cause the vein to expand to the point of leaking blood or injected contents into the extravascular space. Or outside of the blood vessel. If the pressure is maintained on the vein and the injected contents are pushed in with great pressure the vein can tear a little bit causing more blood and injected materials to dispurse near the rupture. The bruising is variable based on the individual.

Blown vein: a vein that has collapsed, such as when subjected to excess vacuum.
If a patient needs frequent venous access, the veins may scar and narrow, making any future access extremely difficult or impossible; this situation is known as a "blown vein," and the person attempting to obtain the access must find a new access site proximal to the "blown" area.

Ha. It's not much help but...

In a bad, drugged out area of my city the only place with public restrooms is a huge bookstore. If you go into these stalls you'll see it: old blood stains all over the stall walls.

It's heavy spatter, going up and away in all directions from the person who was presumably sitting on the toilet.

The walls are stainless steel but still they can't scrub all of it off.

Very blanking gross!

The vein has too much pressure. Could lead to internal bleeding.

For minor explosions, you could get a bruise.

For major explosions, HOLY *)&%@^ CALL AN AMBULANCE!
