i was prescribed wellbutrin yesterday & when i took it, i became really drowsy. will this go away after sometime, or will this happen everytime i take it?

I have Shy Bowel Syndrome (SBS), "Bashful Bowel" (or Parcopresis, as it is known in clinical circles) and "Shy Bladder" (or Paruresis). Does anyone else have these conditions? I feel so alone on this subject. Does anyone have any information on these conditions?

Can you buy water after you have passed security? Like buying the drink there and then putting it in my bag for the flight?? its a problem if i can't!! I have OCD (Obsessive
Compulsive Disorder) and that means that i think that i can't like swallow without a bottle of water when i can. But in 2 weeks im flying abroad and the security means that i can't bring any drink with me and im getting really paniced and worreid!! Please help....what can i do....do you think they will allow water by that time??? :0(((((

my chest has hurt on and off for the past month. it's in the middle, but towards the right side. it really feels like i need to burp (gross, but that's what it feels like). last night i was really nauseated. i'm really thirsty all of the time (i'm always drinking something). my right arm has been numb on and off for the past few days. i take medicines (that i have to have) that can cause numbness, low sodium, and a multitude of other things.

my question:
is it something serious, like chest pain or dehydration or just acid? my doctor doesn't have available appoinments and tells me if i think its serious enough to go to the e.r. i really don't want to do that.

and btw, i'm only 25.

My father has Alzheimers and is at the stage where he can not be safely taken care of at home. There is a Sterling facility in Apple Valley I think but cann't find a web site for it. Anyone know if there is one?

on wednesday i bonked my head on a medal thing really hard i got a instant headache adn got dizzy. thursday i still had a headache and dizzy but tylenol took away headache. Today i woke up with just a headache but when i started work later i got dizzy all over again. But dizzzines comes in spurts?

I just got new contacts about 3 days ago. The doc gave me 2 trial pairs to wear, one with the Rx i have now, another with a slightly stronger Rx. I went back yesterday because i was having a slight hard time reading up close with the slightly higher power contacts.

The doc said that the higher power contacts make my distance vision a little clearear but it makes my eyes strain more for up close vision. The lower power contacts that I had before do just the opposite...close up vision better (no strain), but distance vision a little less clear.

I dont know which to get. I did order the higher Rx contacts cuz he said it would be better for driving, yet my eyes hurt when I read. My left eye feels funny, like its dry, but neither contact is blurry.

I hate to go back to the doc for a third time, and tell him I want to change my Rx back to the original lower one. I thought the higher ones were ok, but today now, it seems they are giving me a slight headache.
