is there a safe way to make yourself throw up?

i know i know.. im NOT at all trying to make myslef bulimic..
my tummy just wants to throw up
but the rest of my body wont lol
if that makes sense?
so is there a way besides Ipecac
to induce Vomit?

Why does your "tummy" want to throw up? Is it something you ate or are you sick? If you're body is sick, you will throw up. You should avoid making yourself throw up if you can help it. Perhaps eat some saltine crackers and lay down for a bit. If you still feel sick I would recommend seeing a doctor.

Truly if your body needs to throw up it will. You can try to eat some crackers to stop the nausea. Ipecac shouldn't be used because you feel sick. My old boss used to say to visualize something disgusting like a bowl of porridge with a dirty comb in it.

If your body is throwing up than perhaps it doesn't need to. I think vomiting is the worse so MY body won't let me get beyond the "heave". Drink some coke or ginger ale and you'll feel better soon.

Not unless you've poisoned yourself and the Poison Control Center has advised you to do so.

Take deep breaths, drink some water and RELAX. Your stomach should settle down after a while. If you need to puke, you'll puke.

Put your finger down your throat as far as you can and wiggle it a bit. When you start to gag do not take them out, keep theme there and it should induce the vomit.

Tickle your throat:

Stick your finger as far down your throat as you can. This will activate the involuntary gag reflex. Seriously.

yur not supossed to induce yurself to vomit in any way.. drink water.... or prebly sprite, or SERRA mist... it will herlp yur upset stomach.. just dont hitk about throwing up gurl.. thas just LAME!
