It seems like all these people have never taken care of an elderly person that may be bed ridden and needs 24 hour care. I understand what you are going through, since my dad had his stroke and I am his main care giver now. It is hard to take care of a sick loved one while trying to keep employement and take care of yourself. You cannot just hire a baby sitter, like parents do for a child and there is not adult day care for people who need constant care. Next your people will be getting upset if she puts her in a home. I believe you can fill as full time care giver, and receive assistance from the state. You may want to check with your local social services office.

First, pay her back for when she cared for you as a child, then become her employee.

if she took care of you when you were a kid, then you can pay her back by taking care of her now. she needs you, good luck.
