I was at work last night when I experience this numb feeling in my left hand and arm.

you need to be seen by a doctor asap, it could be your heart or perhaps a pinched nerve in your back, either way it is important to go see a doctor now.

Go to the emergency room, it could be a sign of heart attack. Is your left jaw hurting? Are you nauseated? These are signs also.

Go see a doc immediatly, it could be a nerve issue that needs to be addressed.

GO TO THE ER! it could be nothing, but it could easily be a heart attack or stroke.. and when it comes to that it's better safe than dead.
