Hi
I understand that panicky feeling!! I used to take a bottle of water on the plane with me LONG before most people drank bottled water. I am worried about flying without it also. I suspect that they will soon start selling bottled water gateside that they know is safe. In the meantime, take an empty bottle and have them fill it once you are on the plane. For an international flight they will DEFINITELY have plenty of bottled water on board. Make sure you take all your meds at the right times to be most effective for your flight.
ENJOY YOUR TRIP!! Wish I was going! : )

You can get water on the plane or you can chew gum. Unless you have to drink water every half hour then you should not worry about. Get a note from the doctor or something. I don't why they banned liquid drinks anyways. It just getting out of hand. If you want to blow up a plane I don't think you pack 500 ml of nitrous explosives in a water bottle. How damage can that do???

The last time I flew (2 months ago), I asked for water when the drink cart came around. The flight attendent poured the water from a bottle into a cup with ice. So, I'm sure if you explain that you need the bottle, they will give it to you. Also, as soon as you land you can purchase bottled water in ANY airport.

Perhaps a note from your dr may be beneficial. There should be water on the plane, if not take an empty bottle with you and get water from the bathroom.
Must be hard to have to think what to do in these situations. I hope you figure it out.

Purchase the water after security and put it in your carry-on. Or, as soon as you get on the plane you can ask the flight attendant for a drink... I always do to take Xanax, because I hate flying.
I just got back from hawaii last week and I ask as soon as I get on the plane.
If your drink is in the carry-on, don't let the flight attendant see it.

Let them know you have a condition and maybe they'll make an exception. btw they serve water on the plane. or you can ask for a cup (or an empty soda pop bottle or can) and fill it up with water from the bathroom.

Bring an empty bottle on board with you and fill it with the drinks they serve you on the plane.
At least I think they still serve drinks.
