Okay Im 12 and my boyfriends 13 Anyway my boyfriend had been smoking since he was 8... i knew this b4 i went out with him but at the time he told me he quit. After I went out with him i found out he sitll smokes like a pack a day or sometin. He said he quit. Then when i told him i knew he didnt quit he said he only smoked with his 16 year old friend and they would split the pack everytime they hung out.He went on vacation and came back and said that he quit for me and he hadnt had one since the week he left for vacation (3 weeks ago) then today his friend was over when we were tlaking online and i asked if his friend knew and he was like yeah he knows he saw me smoke one today. I was shocked. i had though for so long that he had quit. I asked him y he lied and he said he didnt know and that he hasnt smoked cigs but a water bong pipe... which i dont know what it is. plz help me. i dont kno if i shoul get help or not... plz plz plz

My niece is only 14 years old she'll be 15 in March. Everytime we go to the movies which is mostly every Saturday she walks around with her friends before and after the movie. While she's with her friends she starts to smoke. She just started like 3 weeks ago. I've talked to her about it but she doesn't listen. She tells me that "smoking once a week won't hurt her". Can anyone help me and let me know if there's anything I can do or say that will make her stop smoking?? Also, the friends she hangs out with are not good influences for her. I'm sure she smokes because they do too. Either that or they tell her to. She pretty much does everything and anything her friends tell her to do. This one time she was about to have sex with some guy just because her friend told her to. Good thing she didn't. At least I hope not. She trusts me a lot & she tells me a lot of things but I'm sure there are some things she keeps to herself. What can I do???

Well I think Im depressed or something. Im 19, and when I was 15 my dad died, and ever since then things keep happening since. Small things, but still they kind of affect me. Ive had my heart broken ,my friends dont want to be my friend anymore out of nowhere, stuff like that. I have alot to be happy about, but I just cant seem to feel happy without be worried about something else or stressed about something.

I'm tired of this feeling, I want to be happy. Im going to get a physical soon, and I want to ask my doctor about zoloft or something like that. Do anti-depressants actually make a difference? Will they help me out?

I'm sorry to rant, I just wanted to be clear with what I was asking and why? Please, reply if you can tell me anything useful.

I really want to....I have for a week at a time. If you've succeed, can you give me some hints on how to take your mind off the desire to smoke? I made till 4 pm the other day...then I was jonesing really bad.

Whenever I go to the doctor/dentist I freak out. I am terrified of needles all together. I am not scared of the pain at all, which is weird. A few minutes after I get a shot, I usually get very very hot. Then, I start feeling very weak and my head starts spinning or I feel very nauseous. What is wrong with me? Somone suggested that I may have panic or anxiety, but I do seem to fit the descriptions of that. What can I do to help this? What is wrong wiht me? Please help!

there are many minerals and herbs that i would like to take for keeping healthy. some come in capsules, the plastic outer shell that can be opened. if i just swallow the contents, the effect would be the same since the capsule would disolve immediately anyway, right? some please help me out. thanks.

This is a gross question, sorry, but here goes:

I'm on the birth control pill and so I am always scared that my bowel movements will become diarrhea and affect the pill..

So 20 minutes after I took my pill tonight I had a bowel movement:

Do you think this is diarrhea -- I had small pieces and larger pieces come out but nothing came out watery or loose...so is this a normal bowel movement? Or does everything have to resemble that long sausage shape..?

I am able to crack my own neck, like you would get done by a chiropractor, just by turning my neck a certain way. Its very loud and instantly can relieve any neck pressure or headache I may seem to have. I usually do this more often when I wake up in the morning. I also can pop my hips and back, just by twisting. Someone told me that I would have arthritis when I get older because of this? Is this true?

Ive been unable to wear my contact lenses for a week now because my right eye gets red and uncomfortable.not unbearing at first, but after a while it feels like there is a hair on the bottom right corner (very annoying).ironically, there seems to be a profoundly red ring developing around the iris starting (and mainly) in the bottom right corner.I have a stigmatism but i have been wearing contacts for two years. these are monthy lenses so I switched to a new pair but the problem persisted.it even remains red for a while after I took the lens out. I also changed the solution
still, it did'nt help. I refuse to wear glasses again.
