i will have some important exams in a few weeks later and i feel pressure and stress. i think that is why i cant sleep well, but it is very tiresome. i dont want to use any sleeping pills. i dont drink coffee at late hours. i only drink it at afternoon and in mornings.
last night i could only sleep a little. i dont know, i was awake, or i felt like my mind was awake and it wanted to stay awake like a standing guard. i couldnt truly concentrated to sleep. i sleep near window and (i dont know why) my eyes checked the sky at every 30 minutes. i think i only closed my eyes. my mind is at studies most of time..now i had a headache, and i feel very tired. any advise ? thanks..

i had been a victim of mental abuse for the past 2 years. i a25 and my 41 yr old bf doubts that i am having an affiar and calls me a Bit** and swears that I would suffer for cheating him. I only talk to friends and i neve rloved anyone *** much as i loved him. even when i go out with my mum, he doubts if i am with sum other men.i feel so hurt coz past 2 days he had been really using violent and abusive languages to me thru messages on the phone.ihate the way he curses me! why does mental abusers lov to curse? once he irritated and linked me with other me, i had to cut myself to prove to him i was clean. i am so weak and hurt now.

For the past couple of weeks I have been getting tired too quickly. I am up for 5 hours and get sleepy again. I lay down to take a nap and sleep another 8 hours! Then get up again just to get tired 5 hours or so later. On average I have been sleeping 16 hours a day. I can't function like this.

I otherwise feel very healthy. I try to exercise more and drinking more water. It doesn't help. I tried red ginsing too.

i should say immune systems that are compromised, have you always eaten right? before you were dx w/ whatever illness you have preferably M.S, or M.G, Or M.D, or lupus, have you always had a good diet and even now do you eat right? i am tyring to determine if we eat healthy foods what that help with the healing. ths is a serious question so only those who are reply thank you. also had you opt to organic foods and vitamins as opposed to pork and beef and sugars and fast foods, well fried foods

I have had 2 deaths in my close family and one divorce to deal with in the last four months and i have tried everything i know of. I have taken tylenol pm and sometime it works and sometime it doesnt even faze me. i also take a pill for bad headaches that is supposed to make me sleep too. It doesnt faze me either. i get an average of 4 hours sleep a night. I am going to school know and i need the sleep. Maybe it is a little bit of depression too. I dont really know what to do.
