If you are low income, there is usually a program at the hospital that can help take care of your bill for you. You should ask somebody at the hospital about it, I would fill out the paperwork even if you don't think you are low income, just to make sure you can't get some help. Good luck.

You should have had a case manager while you were still a patient. They may not lower the amount you owe, put they will set up a payment plan. Let them know just how much you can afford each month and then make that payment on time and they shouldn't pressure you for more. If you miss payments or make them late, they'll sue for the balance.

Hey Dude, make some little payment man . so dat dey'll av confident in u n dey 'll set up apayment plan accordin ur income dude. but don't try 2 cheat dem, coz dey help u in time , may b saved ur life too. i dont know about less money but you can talk to them about time payments, and tell them if they set them too high, they perfer to think they will be paid eventually anyway.
