Okay so i was thinking about getting contact lenses but then i though oh my god... what if you were wearing contact lenses on a night out (because naturally you want to look your very best) and then you got absolutely blazing drunk and then a few hours later you fell asleep with your contacts in... what would happen, would your eyes be okay?

I've heard of hydro peroxide contacts...someone told me they were okay to sleep in??

I bought these back in Sept. at Lenscrafters. I paid almost 500 bucks. So the lenses are scotchguard etc. I noticed that I have small cracks at the edges of my glasses. My glasses are plastic. I plan to call them regarding this problem, but before I open my mouth, what should I not do?
Oh and I was my glasses with soap and water like they said with the lense cloth.

You may find this question to be very bizzare or weird, but because i'm blind in my right eye I don't know how people with good vision sees
So heres the question I hope that i'm making sense and that you guys understand it lol.
When you look is there a stripe in between your eyes? What I mean is people have 2 eyes one on each side of their noses. So when your looking do you see your your nose. Since i'm blind in my right eye I can only see on one side so I don't know if people who have perfect vision see that part of their face where there is no eyes.
I'm probably not going to get an answer because my question probably doesn't make any sense, but I hope someone can answer this.

The doctor said I'm fine and the CAT scan came back without any issues. But I still have blurry vision that didn't start until after I started wearing the new glasses. So could the wrong eyeglass prescription cause serious damage to my eyesight?

I had very light blue eyes when I was a kid but they darkened as I grew up to a gray color. So my eyes are naturally gray now however depending on weather or what kind of light hits them they change. In the winter they turn gray with a blue tint however during the summer my eyes will be green depending how much sun light I get. Even when my eyes get blood shot they change into a deep blue. Is this normal and is there any reason for this to happen?

Earlier I had very good eyesight, 2 years back. But maybe because of using the computer too much my eyesight has weakened. I'm using specs now. But I don't like them. I'm thinking of buying contacts. But does it hurt? How long does it take to get use to it?

I know that my eyes suck, and im also asian
but what i dont get is is it true that your eyes go bad
when you:
1.read in dim light
2. watch more that 4 hours tv + comp.
3. rubbing your eyes alot

i had surgery on my eyes 2 days ago the lasic surgery
now i can see everything without contacts or glasses
but my eye is blood red

myopic glasses worsen the condition
im pretty younger still in my early teens
and im at about -6.5 diopters
and ive had glasses since 2nd grade
should i continue to wear them?
and is there any treatment/ way to slow down myopia?

Could This really help people who are albino and cant go in the sun, It seems kinda dangerous, I never heard of such a thing. I was righting a report on new technology and I found this website, and I dont understand exactley what it does is it for people with albinoism.

I am very nearsighted and my lenses are very thick. I was just at my eye doctor for an exam last week and the optician was telling me that I should have high index plastic lenses, rather than the polycarbonate that i usually get. These lenses she was telling me about are quite a bit more expensive than what I normally get, so I was wondering what these other lenses are, that she was telling me about, and why are they better than the polycarbonate that I usually get, and would it be worth it for me to spend the extra money on them.

My prescription is
Right: -2.25SPH +2.00CYL 92.5AXIS
Left: -2.00SPH +1.75 CYL 85.0AXIS

My b/f's is:
Right: -1.50SPH -1.00CYL 60.00AXIS
Left: -1.75SPH -1.00CYL 90.00AXIS

I assume from the prescriptions that I do have the worst eye sight of us both. But have found that weird because he wears glasses almost all of the time because he feels blind without them and I do without glasses most of the time (except from driving obviously!). And also when we both try to read from a distance I tend to be able to read things when he cant.

Can someone please confirm which of us has the worst eyesight?
