I also have tan skin and brown eyes and I found a topaz colored contact that made my eyes very deep blue. They have a very wonderful shade

blue of course would be very pretty, but unnatural looking.
i suggest a pale green as it has a bold look without looking unnatural and being a dead giveaway that they are fake like blue would.

i think green contacts would be great or maybe hazel or gray, try out a couple see which one suits you

I think it looks unnatural. It is, to me, like a woman who has a boob job and everyone knows it. It is not pretty. JMO
