Unless you are qualified to do eye surgery, putting a laser in your eye for any amount of time is ridiculous unless your goal is to possibly live your life blind. If you require that much sympathy or feel the need to inflict pain on yourself, then you might want to talk with a therapist.

Looking into a laser beam can permantly burn your retina (if it is a powerfull enough laser) deffinately NOT advised!
