It seems like there are very few people with perfect vision.
Do you think it's because people aren't taking proper care of their eyes?

Prior to television, about 1 in 10 people had to have some sort of corrective glasses due either to genetics or excessive reading/close work. Television and computer screens have totally changed that. More than half of any high school class wear either contacts or glasses now. I disagree with -Cnotes above. It is NOT genetics given that in the absence of TV and computer screens, people's eyes improve.

You have a non secular associate (ghost). Your headache is being precipitated through this being, which makes you a saint. Think of the artwork that indicates the saints. Their halos depict the so-known as Holy Spirits. It is that this spirit that's inflicting your discomfort. Also, it's this spirit's frame that you're watching by way of whilst you flip your head; it simply takes a couple of moments for it to transport out of the best way (so your imaginative and prescient can go back to ordinary). Try slowly passing an open and at ease give up, however no longer touching, your head. You must believe a tingling sensation so one can be the causative spirit. With this proof, I might suggest that you just get to understand it. Try considering, "hiya, how are you." You will pay attention it talk again to you, for your brain. This phenomena is known as telepathy, and is how one communicates with a spirit, and the way God hears our prayers. Do no longer be worried or worried approximately this spirit as its presence is a blessing.

Depends what you mean by "perfect vision". More people have at least 20/40 uncorrected than don't and that is good enough to drive without glasses.
