'medrecga' is absolutely right! Why in the world would you think your eyes suck? I,for one, think Asians have beautiful eyes!!

1. Quit reading in a dim light...
2. Find an 'outside' activity and stop watching so much tv...
3. Your eyes are probably just dry- buy an 'artificial tear' drop, if this doesn't help the 'rubbing' problem, you really should see a Dr.

Good Luck and that's the only set of eyes you'll ever have take good care of them.

This is an absolute myth. There is no such thing as "going bad", though your eyes may become fatigued, which doesn't physically harm them. Vision problems result from things like structural defects, fluid problems, aging, tumors, or infections.

If you mean glasses get stronger, then the cause of that is mostly genetic.

If you rub your eyes a lot you may have dry eye or allergies, but rubbing will not cause you to need glasses.
