Technically, almost everyone.

It's called physiological diplopia.
(Hold two pencils or pens, one at half-arm's length and the other at full arm's length. Line them up. You will almost certainly see one or the other double. And swapping the doubling from one to the other can be a good exercise.)
The brain normally doesn't register this, though it's always there.

Being aware of double vison is not normal, and acquired double vision needs a thorough prompt investigation.
It can be caused simply from the lack of a spectacle Rx, or from damage to the brain, or to the blood or nerve supply to an eye muscle.

Double vision in *one* eye is rare, but not impossible.

most people do not have double vision in their eyes. Most of the time it is a muscle problem, if this is a new thing for you you should call your Dr or go to the ER

if you aren't focused on something, you will have double vision. It is just because your eyes are looking from two different angles. Once you focus on something you will not have any double vision on that object.
