tiredness or a trapped nerve

There can be lots of reasons -
You could be tired or stressed or have something in your eye that's irritating it, or it could be because you've trapped a nerve.
Also, I used to get this problem a lot but was then treated for iron deficiency anaemia and it went away. Just a guess but that could be the problem and would tie in with the tiredness as well.

If you feel unusually tired all the time, especially when excersising and your skin is paler than normal, maybe you should see your GP and get a blood test.
