I'm at uni and can never get to sleep.
Everyone else manages just fine, but i don't. I always wonder what's going to happen the next day at uni and.. well, get worked up about it.

It's a horrible feeling.

I usually get about 2 hours a night which obviously is very bad!
By the end of the week I feel and look so bad,

What can i do?
Is there medication or something?

Someone please help me.

I have a problem with urinating when I think there are other people listening. If there is enough constant noise in the bathroom I have no problem but as soon as it is quiet no matter how hard I try I can't make myself go. Usually I have to wait until everyone leaves the bathroom, strike up random conversations to make some noise, or wait until there is a lot of noise. I really want to get rid of this problem because it annoying and a waste of time. If there is anything I can do, please let me know.

ive had anxiety issues all my life, and every time someone talks to me about anything relating to anxiety i start to cry? i used to go to a psych and i hardly spoke because every time i thought what to say i teared up, and i go to a new one and i talk now, but i do the same thing...? my teachers are interfering with my life and asking me about the issue, and i tear up when they ask. when i dont have anything to occupy my time and im forced to simply think i always ALWAYS drift to this problem and i cry myself to sleep. i know it sounds like im asking for attention but im really not, i truly dont know if the crying thing is a mental issue or not? is there anything out there that stops you from crying? cause its really getting annoying

I'm alone and I hate it and every time I complain to my mom and counselors ond people on yahoo answers they tell me to be patient, it'll happen. I do everything I can think of, I've waited my whole life, i'm surronded by people who don't have to wait, who just have friends like it's natural. I was told every year in high school that next year will be better, never is. I was tald that University would be better because I'm in a new city with all new people and I had my hopes all up, but now 6 months later nothing's changed and I'm more dissapointed than ever. I did the be outgoing and friendly thing, didn't work. Why do I have to wait so long? How long do I have to wait? Why do some many other people just go hang out with people like there's nothing to it? Why don't other people understand that it's NOT easy and waiting is not working!?!?

Does anyone know the any resources to the proper help to stop taking Klonopin?

Does anyone have any ideas do wean off of 4mg a day taken for reasons that are unclear?

Doctors seem to really be uncertain in this area and don't understand the problems they cause by putting their patients on these kinds of drugs for long term, and as time goes on they say "if it helps, keep taking," it "if it doesn't, then stop."

I suffer with panic attacks.
Anyway......
Just recently my 20 year old whom has moved back home last June has a 2 1/2 year old son, with special needs. My son has primary custody.

My son wakes in the middle of the night with anxiety/panic attacks. He has done this 2 or 3 times. He awakes and cant get numbers out of his head, Yes NUMBERS!
He has always been really good with Math, but tends to be a little bit (Obsessive Compulsive) when it comes to Numbers/Math.
One night he woke up and looked at the clock, it was 2:30 and he couldnt grasp time, to him it was like he lost the consept of time.
Then last night, he awoke and had a notion of how to fit 24 oz of fluid in a 12 oz bottle, he knows it cant be done, but the thoughts are over whelming and he cant stop thinking about it.

Also when he looks at the clock, lets say it is 4:56.
He does this.
4x5=20
6x5=30
Total 50........

I know he needs to see a Psychologist. And he will.

Was wondering what anyone might Know

For my living , I presently have to drive great distances to do store to store sales. I am camping in my van for months on end. Although there is a side to me that loves the freedom of my own self-employed business, I feel I lack stability in my life. Some people say that marriage helps you to become more stable, but I have been married twice, and felt even more unstable when the former spouse walks away with your child, so I have my doubts. Marriage seems to help stabalize some people, but it seems that it is more up to the individual, and not the realtionship that will stabalize someone. Any thoughts ?
