Many physical symptoms, such as constant headaches or stomach aches, can result from depression. Sometimes when you're really stressed or your depression is worse, you can become more susceptible to illnesses such as the flu. Whatever it is though, you should see a doctor nonetheless just to be sure you are not missing something that could be treated by antibiotics.

I hope you feel better soon!

Depression can mimic nearly any "disease" from migraines to extreme fatigue, body aches, (flu symptoms) muscle and joint pain, etc. What it doesn't do is cause a fever. If you are running a higher than normal temperature, then you have an infection of some kind.

if your throat is not sore, i doubt you have a mono!! depression and anxiety can affect ur immune system, making it easier for you to get sick. Try to watch a good movie, eat healthy, and xcercise. If you feel sympthoms that worry you, or that persist, then try goin to the doctor. Its probably nothing to worry though.

sometimes depression can make you feel tired and not able to do anything. See your healthcare professional if the symptoms persist more then 3 days and if you have any feelings of desprate moods or feelings of hurting yourself call 911. good luck

Yes it can mimic that very well (except for a fever - with a fever see a doctor). Otherwise you need to see a psychiatrist. They have great medicines now

You still could have mono, I would have some blood work done. It can't hurt to start taking vitamins. Especially vitamin C which is for your immune system and vitamin B, which gives you energy.

sometimes l wonder about this myself. lf your depression is bad enough lt could feel like you have the flu. do something or go for a walk and get over lt. lt isn`t doing you alot of good worrying over nothing.

Mononucleosis can only be diagnosed by a blood test, so you should see a doctor (I've had it).
