Sorry you have been so stressed.
Consider the following:
Warm bath
Long walk (or short one)
Aroma therapy (Lavender is calming)
Going to a movie or renting a movie that will take your mind off things
Exercise such as yoga
Having classical or other calming music on in the background
Having a facial, manicure or pedicure (something to focus on yourself)
Getting a massage
Going for a swim or whirlpools
Personally, I shop for bargains. Offers a challenge, gets me out and moving, but not so hard on the purse
Just some thoughts..

Meditation is an excellent way to clear your mind. What you need to do is select some nice soft music and get into a comfortable position , you can even fantasize about being on a beach or what ever relaxes you. Try not to think of anything at all except your favorite place to be and just relax. Try to be certain that you have no distractions until you get good at this, and do this for about 15 minutes or however long it feels good. This will relieve stress and lower your blood pressure which is a plus for many people. This should help you and if you can get at least 15 minutes everyday to just relax you will feel better. Make time for yourself everyday, you deserve it!

Hi try meditating. You can do this will little experience though it may be hard at first. Here are a couple of ways.
Sit outside on a sunny day and slowly concentrate on each section/part of your body with your eyes closed. Feel the sun on your skin, feel the hair touch your face, listen to the sound of your own breath. Start from the top of your head and go down one side or your body and come up the other. Truly think about relaxing each section/part as you go.
You can also take a hot bath. Fill the water fuller than normal. After sitting with your eyes closed for several minutes let the water out and feel the water level go down. You will experience a sensation of weightlessness then a return as the water drains. I do this with scented candles lit and the lights off. VERY RENEWING!
Going for a run also helps..

Yoga classes.
Some people get nervous on extremely relaxed ambients and they need action, let's say a good soccer or tennis game and then a hot bath.

Soft music with no words. A bath with bubbles maybe a glass of wine or sparkling grape juice. A nice brisk walk or even a silent moment in a dim lit room doing breathing excercises

Well, whenever I get stressed out I like to listen to white noise. It's what babies listen to to help them go to sleep and I find that it has a soothing effect. All you need to do to listen to white noise is change to a channel that doesn't have a signal and turn up the volume. Otherwise, meditation also works well. Breath in through your nose and out through your mouth while silently repeating a mantra, such as "I am peaceful."
Hope this helped!

Soak in a bubble bath with tree tea oil to smooth out ur skin and while your soaking in the tub, read a cosmopolitan and put on the radio. I know this sounds a bit girly, but it helps and makes u feel more together

Go to the mall and pay your dollar to sit in the massage chair. Spend several dollars. Bring your personal music device and listen to whatever gives you peace. Then just walk around and people watch for a while. It works for me.
