He's 18 and he's been skipping school. He was even caught stealing money from my mom's purse so that he could spend it with computer games. He also has this tendency of talking back at my mom and has a very bad temper. He isn't like this before. Ever since he's playing games on the computer, his social life has slowly deteriorated.

The family already took out the computer from our home so that he would start going to school and have a normal social life but instead of heading to school, he heads out to internet cafes...

How can I help him and his future?

I feel like its the right side of my brain, torwards the middle of my brain.

I'm curious to find out where it is.

Check this out though, if you've asked a lot of questions or answers, look through your history and you'll feel apart of your brain pulsate, hints where I got my idea for this question

thanks

I'm left handed also, if that makes a difference.

After asking my last question about my sister being diagnosed with bipolar and depression, does that mean I will have it if it is heriditary? I am not depressed but I am one of 3 siblings and the only one with out this diagnosis. My mother has it as well. The only thing I have a hard time with is the animosity that carries around these 3 it tests my patience. Makes me feel crazy and I was recently checked out..as a joke the therapist said if anything I was hyperchondriac..I did not find that funny until later but I know she was joking. I just want to make sure it is not gonna sneak up on me in a few years or if there is something you think I can do to prevent it from happening?

My issue: Normal everyday tasks take a lot out of me mentally and physicaly. I just can't motivate enough to do it. I mean like clean the house for example. I can do a super clean once in a while but the everyday upkeep I just can't bring myelf to do.

If a task feels below my ability I can't do it.

I am starting back to school. I already have 109 credits but I have to take a 102 communication class which is WAY below my knowledge and abilities. I can't begin to do the simple tasks the instructor asks. I have tried reading but it so elementry that I feel like it is a waste of my time.

My finances...I can't budget myself to save my life. I used to make enough money that it wasn't a problem but now I make 1/2 of what I used to.

Over all I don't feel like I am living up to my potential but I can't apply myself to do it either.

I am SOOoo frustrated. Any ideas or suggestions?

After my bf has a depressed episode (I sometimes don't hear from him....he wants everyone out of his life), he then acts as tho nothing happened. He says nothing at all about it. Is he aware of everything that happened and doesn't want to talk about it? Or is he actually unaware?

Also, sometimes, during the down times, he says really odd things. Is he aware of that? When manic or normal...he is so wonderful. Thanks for your help!!!

I guess it is worries or my meds or whatever. I feel so manic --very up and can't get back to a routine and physically I am not good now. I am having some constipation and hair loss. I can't concentrate on work and I am feeling weird. Any suggestions. Sorry if this sounds really too much information. Kinda embarrassing but I just want to know something that might help. I am going to see a dermatolgist soon about my hair loss and I talked to a doctor about my meds and he said that they would not cause it. The hair loss is not real noticable to others, just me. I know my body and it is thinning in the front. He said it is due to worry. Anyway, altogether, I can't sleep or don't want to, even though I get spurts of much fatigue and I can't concentrate on work

i am a 26 year old male and have suffered from depression and anxiety for as long as i can remember. these conditions are terrible for a guy to have because guys need to be strong, mentally and physically, and these conditions indicate a weak state of mind. it is especially hard in regards to dealing with women. once they find out you have problems like this, you're screwed. never getting another girlfriend, all because you were dealt the short end of the mental genetic and environmental stick.

my neurosis cripples all effort.

Like, in mental hospitals, do people who have severe learning disabilities, downs syndrome, severe autism, mental retardation, people in wheelchairs and cannot speak or respond to anything, people who are still little kids in their minds kept in the same hospitals with people who hear voices, see and hear delusions and halucinations, and people who try to committ suicide? If so, do they share bedrooms, do they intermingle douring the day, or do they never see eachother at all?

Don't worry, I don't know anyone in one of these institutions or who is going to be. Just another random question.

My teacher said that if u dont think about anything for more then one second you can enter the mind of state in which you become an Indian thinker. An Indian thinker is when you dont think about anything your head is clear. I have become an Indian thinker lots of time and my friends and family members said they cant do that but i can is that wierd or what.

I should be doing my homework, but I've been on yahoo answers for about an hour now. How do I focus more, and also work faster in general. I'm not slow (mentally), I'm actually pretty smart, but I still take too long to do stuff.
