You may have a fear of speaking in front of people which makes your mind race. Perhaps you need to gain some confidence and calm yourself, focus and feel that what you have to say is valuable too.

I am the same way and it just keeps getting worse as I get older. The doctor told me that I just had to much on my mind and too much going on. At least I think that's what he said?! Lol! Not only do I forget words, I forget what the hell I'm doing half the time and I am only 40. Can't wait to see what I'm like in a few years. One good thing about it is I don't hold grudges because I can't remember what the hell I got mad at in the first place or at who! You are so not alone. Hope this helps.

i'm sorry for the loss. Its not undemanding once you "improve up" with a puppy and that they die. Purebred pedigree cats have an identical lifespan as the different cat (approximately mid toddlers). i've got had mixed breed cats die of maximum cancers at 13 yrs old and purebreds stay to fifteen or 18 yrs old. With respected breeders, they conflict their cats and take care to furnish them the superb meals, vet care, and so forth. in undemanding terms those breeders who do not try this or they inbreed the cats too close - those are those with short lived cats.
