No,intelligence never changes.But there are contributing factors that can lower someones concentration levels or abilities.Drugs,alcohol,stress and depression.

What kinds of medications?? IQ doesn't work like that. IQ means your intelligence quotient or what capacity your brain has to receive and retain knowledge. If your talking about medications that alter your state of consciousness or sensorium, that's a horse of a different color, so to speak. However, mind altering drugs, after a long period of use, can substantially lower your intellect.
