I have been anorexic for awhile and i have doen just about everything to lose weight im kind of sick of starvingmyself and everyuhting and i hate purging and i no longer have the energy to exercise all the time so how can i lose weight without futher damaging my body

i've been to many different doctors and therapists. I've taken practically all the different anti-depressants and mood stablysers over the years(15yrs). I've done everything short of ECT. I'm not suicidal but I'm very depressed. This last episode is going on two years now. Is it just me or there is no real help out there? My doctors treat me like it's my fault that I'm not geting better...can anyone relate to this? I mean I just feel like..Why mam I even going for help? I could probably give a better talk than my doctor at this point. I feel really hopeless

In one of my dreams, my sister, her friends, and myself are driving in a convertable, then we see a buch of people driving to a funeral and their cars all had big plastic ducks on the top. Then for no apparent reason we run them off the road and into a pond.
Then I woke up.

In another dream I snuck down to one of my neighbor's houses a few yards away and I stole their garden hose for no apparent reason, then I woke up.

In another dream I had, people were playing a video game that involves Harry Potter characters having Sexual intercourse, then during a part of the game when Ron and Hermione were getting their game on, I woke up

I have been seeing a counsellor for a few weeks last week i was talking about a incedent when my father took me somewher covered my head and told me he was going to shoot a child because she had talked about the abuse. He infact shot my pet rabbit and then made me wear its foot as a lucky charm to remind me what would happen if I told anyone.

The counsellors are saying it was part of a ritual but i do not remember that much of it and dont think it was. We are talking about ritualistic stuff.

it is really put me off should i bother going if try are going to try and put there opion on the memory? Do you think they are right?

Isnt it my memory and shouldnt they just be listening to me not giving an opion on it

i think i have anxiety, when i am stress out or contantly worried, which i allway am. Worried and in fear. i get dizzy , lightheade, and get frequnet urinattion, along with muscle aches, and GAS and bad stomach. is this anxiety and what kind is it.
